1. Booking policy

• Minimum age to rent a villa is 24 years old.
• 3 nights minimum stay.
• Christmas and New Year bookings require a minimum stay of 4 days.
• Deposit of 50 % upon reservation if booked 1 months or more prior to arrival.
• Only 1 Child up to the age of 5 years can share the bed with their parents at no extra charge
• Final payment 30 days prior to check-in.
• No refund due to delayed arrivals.

2. Payment policy

• Payment transaction shall be made to our bank account shown on your booking confirmation.
• To assure the accommodation reservation, payment shall be made within 24 hours from receiving booking confirmation.
• During accommodation rental you can pay a refundable deposit OR entrust one of your passports to our housekeeper during the whole rental period. You will recover it at check-out after having paid for the mini-bar and any damages or losses. Please note that we only accept cash in Thai Baht at check-out.

3. Cancellation policy

• If cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier you will get a total refund . Please note that cancellation must be received by email at least 60 days prior to arrival.
• If cancelled 30-59 days before arrival you will get a 50 % refund of your payment. Please note that cancellation must be received by email at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• If cancelled 30 days before arrival or less, no refund BUT we give you the possibility to change the dates of your reservation, subject to availability within the next 12 months at no extra charge.
• After 60 days the guest will incur a PayPal charge for any money refunded Money refunded by bank transfer will be subject to bank charges

4. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in time is 2.00 pm.
• Check-out time is 11.00 am.

• Private complementary taxi transfer - from/to pier on arrival and departure.
• House-keeping daily - villa maintenance, bed linen changed every three days & pool towels daily.
• Security - safety boxes for valuable belongings.
• Emergency contact - western management available on the ground.
• WIFI - wireless internet connection all over villa.
• Villa components - Satellite TV, mini bar, filtered drinking water, Espresso capsule machine (at extra cost), hairdryer, iron and ironing board, umbrellas, towels and bathrobes.

• Extra bed max 1 persons.
• Private yoga lessons at the villa.
• Food delivery - in association with Cafe Del Sol, Italian restaurant.
• Diving certificates - in association with Jamahkiri luxury resort (only 100 meters from de villas).
• Luxury spa wellness at Jamahkiri.
• Snorkelling day trip.
